Gnocchi Jeans is a family brand. We emphasise boldness and pride ourselves on being different. We were born in London's first lockdown, when we realised we couldn't find the right fitting jeans for curvy shapes... So we solved the problem. We aim to create a new space for fashion, and remove the "pretentious" vibes. It really is a family thing over here.
We believe imperfection highlights beauty. So why paint a fake picture of perfection?

NEW SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from purchase. We now ship via DPD. All items are tracked with insurance and are WAY more reliable that any other service in the past.
Usually takes 1-3 days to arrive after the order is shipped. However, on some occasions, due to covid-19 delays, delivery could take longer, please be patient with Royal Mail as we have no control over your local postman <3
Note: Please allow an additional 2 days for orders to be shipped during sale & new drop periods. Ya'll going crazy <3

Any orders placed containing pre-orders will be sent when the pre-order is in stock! Not prior.
If you want to order pieces from pre-order AND regular stock and want to receive the pieces currently in stock, make a separate order!
Returns / Exchanges
As a new brand we are now able to widen our services and accept returns/exchanges, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item(s).
*YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO SHIP A RETURN*
NOTE: We do NOT offer returns on delicates (such as lounge pants, underwear & socks) and customised/personalised items.
We WILL accept returns/exchanges on the basis that the item(s) is/are faulty.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, we are happy to assist- products must be unworn, and in a saleable condition.
Note: Replacement items/refunds will be issued once item(s) are received (Processing requires 3-10 working days)
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges. We suggest sending items via Signed For, to ensure both Gnocchi Jeans and customers have proof of delivery. If your parcel is worth more than £50, then send via special delivery to ensure you have insurance in the unfortunate event of loss.
